Dirk Broeders
Dirk Broeders (1969) is a senior economist at the supervisory policy division within de Nederlandsche Bank. He is involved in the development of the Financial Assessment Framework, a risk based supervisory toolkit for testing solvency requirements for pension funds. Previous to joining the supervisor Dirk was head of research and strategy at a medium large Dutch asset manager and responsible for strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions. Before that he spent several years working as a buy-side investment analyst. He teaches portfolio management to actuaries under training. Dirk studied investment theory at Tilburg University and is a certified European financial analyst.
