The ideal pension delivery organization: theory and practice
Day 2, March 23, 2007
Session III - International dynamics in pension governance, pension supervision and government protection
10.00 - 11.00 Lecture III.2 Keith Ambachtsheer (ICPM)
The author will argue that pension reform is not possible without effective pension delivery organizations. There are three key organizational ‘effectiveness' drivers: scale, alignment of interests, and governance quality. The paper will show this to be true in both theory and practice.
